By providing your phone number and giving consent on our intake form, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from US Certified Tax LLC related to your tax inquiry — such as appointment reminders, consultation scheduling, case status updates, and, where you separately opt in, occasional service updates and offers.
- Message frequency. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates apply.
- Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (949) 775-3800. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply confirming your unsubscribe, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially and we will resume sending messages to you.

- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
